★For dinner, we mainly serve high-quality white fish sashimi caught offshore, and we use bonito caught in the Kuroshio Current, natural salt, and yuzu citrus to taste the local bonito fisherman's way of eating. This plan includes shabu-shabu Simmered white fish ara, and tai-chazuke to finish off the meal!
*Supper is lots of fish and there are few vegetable dishes.
*I would like you to eat a lot of fish, so please refrain from lunch as much as possible.
