For customers who want to eat Japanese Spiny Lobster even when they come to the mountains, charcoal grilling, which brings out the flavor of the ingredients rather than being creative, is a plan where you can enjoy the simple taste without any modification.
It is also a great value plan that includes a mini- Amakusa meal where you can enjoy the chef's passion for ingredients, such as fresh sashimi mainly from Amakusa, Kuroge Wagyu beef, small side dishes, and wild vegetable tempura.
Enjoy charcoal grilling at the restaurant in the hearth.

※Basically, we use domestically produced spiny lobster, but depending on the stocking situation, there may be cases where Japanese Spiny Lobster is from Western Australia.
