●Features of this plan's dishes
We are particular about using ingredients from Aomori Prefecture. The hot pot is a shabu-shabu hot pot, using Aomori Garlic Pork shabu-shabu. In addition, other dishes also use the best seasonal ingredients for each season, so you can enjoy it no matter when you stay.

This course is a standard cooking course where you can enjoy seasonal ingredients while looking out at the spectacular view (the sea is right in front of Nantes!).

【Meal】
Local cuisine created by skilled artisans that makes use of Aomori's special products and ingredients, such as hot pots made with seasonal ingredients from Aomori Prefecture.

【Hot Springs】
Spring quality-"Sodium Calcium Monosulfate Chloride Spring”
It has a high salt content and is colorless and transparent, and is effective for neuralgia, rheumatism, and gynecological diseases.

You can enjoy the real pleasure of Mutsu Bay and the scent of Aomori Hiba (cypress) from the healing open-air bath.
