We are particular about using ingredients from Aomori Prefecture. The sashimi is made with seafood caught earlier in Mutsu Bay, and the nabemono is a hot pot that uses seasonal ingredients from Aomori.


●The meals served at this facility are local dishes such as shabu-shabu hotpot made by skilled chefs that make use of Aomori's special products and ingredients.
