This is a dish that makes the most of the characteristics of the region, such as tempura, where you can feel the seasons, mainly sushi made with fresh ingredients from Setouchi, which is held by the father of a sushi chef who has been working for decades.

The large public bath is very popular with the locals when used in combination with a one-day hot spring!

It is a calcium carbonate hot spring where you can enjoy the fragrance of Yakage's specialty products, mint and citron.
There is also an open-air bath and a bedrock bath, and of course, guests staying at the hotel are free of charge.
