Plan Details

In Seiwa Plateau Astronomical Observatory is located in Seiwa Plateau at an altitude of 700m, daytime superb view of Kyushu Sekiryo Mountains, night is the standard accommodation plan that you can enjoy the outdoors in the starry sky.
Enjoy a double-decker loft (loft type) inn and super-sized yakiniku for dinner.

★Benefits ① Astronomical observation participation fee service!
Astronomical observations and seasonal starry sky commentary will be conducted using a large telescope with a 50 cm aperture.
(If observation is not possible due to bad weather, change to an indoor program. Please understand. )
From spring to summer, enjoy the spring constellations such as Virgo and Ushikai, and the seasonal starry sky such as the Summer Triangle, Scorpio, and the Milky Way.
In addition, you can meet the crater of the moon and, if you are lucky, shooting stars and the International Space Station.
Kyushu Mountains during the day is also a feature of Seiwa Kogen.

Seiwa Bunrakukan opens from 9:00 to 16:30, closed on Tuesdays

・Please be prepared for winter clothes as the nights of the plateau get cold. (The astronomical observation will be outdoors)
