It is a plan with the popular kimme sea bream's boiling.
Boiling of kimme sea bream plenty of fresh raw vegetables is a taste of repeaters' succession.
We will ask the customer when to serve it, so please enjoy it at your favorite timing.
Seasonal local cuisine and fresh seafood and Kotaso boasted Kotaso stewed beef stew is Kotaso popular.

◆Breakfast◆
We prepare plump rice cooked in a clay pot for each room.
In winter, freshly made soy milk tofu is served with Izuoshima Island Hamane salt and chopsticks.
Dried fish is served while grilled.
