　We will prepare a French dinner course using ingredients carefully selected by the chef, such as seasonal seafood from the Sea of Okhotsk, local meat, freshly harvested vegetables and rare vegetables. The menu changes every day.

【Breakfast】
　Japanese breakfast. As with the dinner menu, the content is particular about local production for local consumption.
The rice is made from the chewy and glossy Hokkaido rice "Yumepirika". Please try it.
Time Please choose your favorite time between 7:30 and 8:30.

■　Bath
　The large communal bath and the open-air bath use Yobito Onsen water.
　Please enjoy the open-air bath with plenty of openness where you can see the starry sky.
　　(Rooms with baths and family baths are not hot spring water)
