For dinner, please enjoy Koshihikari from Produced in Minamiuonuma freshly cooked in a kettle.
We will prepare dishes at the Kaiseki set “Matsu”.

Enjoy the feast of the snowy Uonuma
We carefully handcraft a number of dishes that incorporate plenty of rich and fresh seafood from the Sea of Japan, along with ingredients that are particular about Produced in Uonuma, such as wild plants and local vegetables.
"Local cuisine Kirizai" is also available for breakfast!
Put a little spicy miso made from Kagura Nanban, a local vegetable, on natto carved with pickles, etc.
