It is a cooking plan where you can enjoy various local ingredients for each season.

Enjoy satoyama cuisine such as wild vegetables harvested in the mountains in spring, sweetfish in summer, mushrooms in autumn, and wild yam in winter, together with our specialty, charcoal-grilled hearth.
