■What is a Forest Therapy Base? ~ Forest therapy advanced from forest bathing
It is an area certified by the Forest Therapy Executive Committee because it has been proven to have a relaxing effect in terms of forest medicine by experts, and it is maintained at a "certain level" such as the surrounding natural environment and related facilities.

When you step in the forest, you can feel the life and power that the trees and earth are scented and living in the forest, the green covers one side. And that power heals and relaxes us!

■Guidance of the forest guide
At this base, "visitors of the forest" will walk around the forest together to make visitors relax "heart" and "body".

The forest guide will guide you to the best course you at the best pace and offer a variety of menus that make full use of your five senses to help you feel the healing effect of the forest to the fullest. !!

●Precautions about "Forest Therapy Experience
※In rainy weather you can experience it if you bring rain gear etc, but you can cancel it. In that case, the therapy experience fee (1,000 yen for adults, 500 yen for children) will be refunded.
※We will stop in heavy rain and typhoon (bad weather).
※Children under 3 years old are not accepted for accident prevention.
※We do not accept usage with pets.
※I'd like clothes that are easy to walk on.
