【"Kakasama Cooking (taste of mother's home cooking)" where you can enjoy the taste of your mother's cooking】
"Hida's Kakasama Cooking (taste of mother's home cooking)" has been passed down from mother to daughter and then to daughter. Instead of chef-prepared dishes, the restaurant serves local cuisine handmade by mothers from Hida. Dinner is a super-sized meal with around 10 dishes including Hida Beef teppanyaki, seafood and mountain delicacies. The menu changes on the second night, so you can feel at ease even if you stay consecutive nights.
Elementary school students will have one less dish than the adult menu, and infants will have the children's meal. If you would like a child's meal for a younger elementary school child (1st to 3rd grade), please make a reservation for an infant (meal and bedding included).

The breakfast also tastes like home-cooked food from Hida. The popular Hoba Miso goes well with white rice.
Enjoy the eggs cooked however you like, fried or scrambled.
Every morning from 6am to 10am, enjoy your morning coffee surrounded by antiques.

【Dining】
In the restaurant, you can dine in a private space separated by tapestries. Guests are welcome to wear yukata throughout the facility, including the dining area.

【Bath】
Soothe your travel fatigue in the mineral hot water wheel bath.
The small but tasteful Shigaraki Ware and cypress semi-open-air bath can be enjoyed by both men and women in the morning and evening, with alternating use by both men and women.

【Useful tourist information】
Parking is free before and after check-in. 5 minute walk to the old town and 12 minutes to the morning market. The Higashiyama Promenade is also nearby! 　You can also use it as a base for sightseeing in the World Heritage sites of Shirakawa-go and Oku Hida (each 50 minutes by car).

【Infection prevention measures】
・The facility and guest rooms are ventilated and all equipment is disinfected with alcohol every day. Ozone generators and sterilizers are installed in nine locations within the facility.
・Please refrain from visiting if you have a fever or cold symptoms.

【Regarding food allergies】
・The ingredients themselves can be changed, but as they are all prepared in one kitchen, there is a possibility that the ingredients may be mixed. It cannot remove ingredients contained in seasonings or frying oil. In addition, please understand that we may be forced to refuse accommodation to guests with severe allergies to wheat, eggs, soybeans, dairy products, nuts, etc.
