Aka-Ushi (red beef) eat 60kg to 70kg of grass a day and walk 3km to 6km.
The world- Aso has vast grasslands, where Aka-Ushi (red beef) eat plenty of good quality pasture and grow freely.
Enjoy the deliciousness of Aka-Ushi (red beef) raised in such a stress-free environment with steak!

In addition to the main Aka-Ushi (red beef) steak, we also offer kaiseki cuisine featuring Aso delicacies and seasonal delicacies, such as whole-grilled Yamame fish and seasonal vegetables. ※There may be changes without notice depending on the purchase weather.

■Making of "Okuaso Trout"
It is made with branded trout that has been carefully nurtured for 3 years using spring water from Aso and sake lees from Mt.
