■Sakura shabu-shabu of horse meat
Sozankyo original cherry blossom shabu-shabu, where you can shabu-shabu marbled horse meat in a special light soup stock.
Enjoy a new shabu-shabu that makes the most of the flavor of the dashi stock without using any ponzu sauce or sesame sauce.
※If you don't like horse meat, you can change to "Aka-Ushi (red beef) shabu-shabu".
If you wish to change it, please write it in the remarks column at the time of booking or contact the hotel by the day before your stay.

The brand trout "Okuaso Trout", which has been slowly raised for 3 years in the spring water of Aso and fed with sake lees from Mt. , Aso's delicacies, and seasonal delicacies are served in kaiseki cuisine.
