It is a plan that includes Aso Aka beef steak (80g) in the seasonal kaiseki cuisine for dinner.
The meat of red beef that grows freely in the grasslands of Aso is low in fat, but the more you chew it, the more it spreads. The red beef is carefully and softly cooked at low temperature.
Please enjoy Aso's terroir.
