After enjoying the hot springs, enjoy the seasonal kaiseki cuisine of the chief chef, and why not try Kumamoto's proud "Kumashochu" to accompany it? It is a plan with a set that you can drink and compare 5 kinds of carefully selected Kuma shochu with rich individuality from standard to unusual.

We will prepare authentic kaiseki cuisine that is particular about local ingredients.

Aperitif) Lemon sake
Seasonal dishes: Blanched celery, beef and tofu, conger eel and wild garlic with mustard dressing, duck, marinated smelt, fried bamboo shoots and brown rice, diamond-shaped omelet, Spanish mackerel sushi, shrimp ginjo sake.
Zuri) Horse sashimi, flavored oil, sea bream, tuna, mahachi, set of wives
(Soup) Clam dumplings, bamboo shoots, white oak leaves, shiitake mushrooms, rapeseed blossoms, carrot petals
Grilled dish: Salt-grilled trout with lemon.
Steamed dish) Whitebait wrapped in a rice bale, seaweed paste, wasabi, lotus root cracker, rice cracker
(Replacement Bowl) Ajisai Beef with Aromatic Flavors, Shrimp Taro, Broad Beans, and Wakakusa Miso
