Since its founding, it has continued to operate a “half-farm, half-inn” that runs a hot spring inn while cultivating the fields rooted in this land and tending the mountains. Kaiseki cuisine, which uses plenty of ingredients, is not flashy, but it is a healthy dish that makes the most of the taste of the ingredients.
For the main dishes, please enjoy Kumamoto Prefecture's brand chicken, Higo Red Chicken steamed in bamboo steamer, and two special horse sashimi (lean meat, mane).
In addition, we are preparing a wide variety of delicious ingredients from Kumamoto and Aso.

■Meal■
Dinner:Kaiseki cuisine using vegetables and delicious meat from our own farm, Kumamoto and Aso.
We will guide you from 18:00.
The vegetables used in this facility are particular about those grown in the field of this facility and the local Oguni-go, as well as those grown in Kumamoto and Kyushu.
We also recommend the rainbow trout sashimi raised in the spring water of Aso Takamori and the salt-grilled Yamame fish.
The plum wine served as an aperitif uses plums harvested in the field of this facility and prepared by all the staff.
As for the rice, we use homemade rice grown in clean water and rice from contracted farmers.
Pickles are also provided by hand at this facility.
Kumamoto's specialty, horse sashimi, is fresh, has no odor, is low in calories, and has a high iron and calcium content compared to other meats.
Breakfast:It is a simple local dish that makes use of the blessings of Aso's nature. Please also enjoy Kumamoto's Cherry Blossom Natto (sashimi of fine horse + natto).
We also recommend handmade yogurt made from Oguni jersey milk.

■Accommodation Features■
This facility is made of wood, the building is old and there is no elevator.
The guest rooms are on the 1st and 2nd floors, but the bathroom and restaurant are on the riverside floor below the 1st floor, so there are stairs to use.
