This facility's top-quality ``specially selected kaiseki cuisine'' takes advantage of the unique flavors of seasonal ingredients.
*Since this is a kaiseki meal that focuses on seafood, we cannot accept requests for seafood in general (grilled, steamed, fried, simmered, etc.) other than raw fish.
