Ingredients are luxuriously using the rich blessings of Hida Furukawa Furukawa such as Hida Beef
Although Hida is a mountainous country, it is only 60 kilometers from the Sea of Japan and boasts fresh seafood that takes advantage of its favorable location.
Warm things while they are warm! The chief chef carefully selects seasonal ingredients and carefully finishes them.

There is one Hida Beef dish and 12 to 14 kaiseki dishes using seasonal vegetables, fresh fish, and Hida Beef.

"Beautiful skin hot water (Bijin-no-yu)" surrounded by mountains.
The hot water of this facility removes keratin from the skin and is expected to have a beautiful skin effect due to the effect of the alkaline simple spring.
